1. Characteristics

The aluminum holdig furnace saves power consumpstion by more than
40% compared wih the traditional radiation type holding furnace.
1.2 There is no aluminum liquid burning loss or slag hanging phenomenon.
1.3 The aluminum holding furnace adopts high quality refractory material
with a long lining service life (up to 5 years under normal use condition)
1.4 Adopt Japanese imported protective tube which has a long service life,
safe and stable.
1.5 The Control Panel has multiple safety functions such as aluminum
liquid over-temperature alarm, atmosphere over-temperature alarm, heater
circuit breakage alarm, etc.
1.6 The immersion type heating element is imported from Germany.
